PAKSIW-ang bangiitang irong buang(apocalpyto bisaya version)

in these days, where there are alot in the news that just adds unwanted wrinkles,
one would just resort to net surfing for stuffs just an inch away from the reality.
youtube just revolutionized our lives,we get to watch what people are doing with their
boring lives by posting their videos.we also see old episodes of our missed telenovelas.
and so on and so forth.hehe

but whats "in" these days is the ever endless possibilities of the pinoy ingenuities. serious
themed movies are pranked by translating it in local language and making a new sort of story out
of the movie. im just proud to say that us bisayans have a knack for these things. started
out with the ilonggo version of 300 movie, followed by the wacky "tuli-issue" of harry potter.
i really dont know what came out first but the chronology of these stuffs are just according
to the referrals i got--"bay,tan-awa gani sa youtube, lingaw kaayo ni!"and so on and so forth.hehe (again!)

what prompted me to do this review is the ingenuity of the person or people(?) behind the bisaya
version of Apocalypto.yup, the one by Mel Gibson.but this time Apocalypto was under the power of
"dubbing" created by Haringbuang Productions. Cebu-Based,and with the Bisaya Language (which us from the Visayas
Islands and the whole Island of Mindanao vastly understand and speak) had attracted alot of youtube
viewers with a whooping 50,000+ views.almost every minute several people watch their posted videos.

entitled "PAKSIW-ang bangiitang irongbuang" (Paksiw-the mighty insane dog(?)) the movie Apocalypto
with its plot had a very funny twist. with bisayan expressions that will surely send you to floor.
the timing of the dubbing is superb."pangga"s voice is hilarious!it mainly follows the story line
but theirs alot of pun in between.the character names are just too much to bear also.
theirs humprey bugoy, bosski and totski to name a few.and paksiw himself.

i dunno why they came up with this one ( and mind you, this is full length movie dubbed into bisaya,so see how
it was tough and arduous to make). maybe us pinoys just find that laughter is still the best medicine in these
hard times. kudos to haringbuang productions for this quality bisaya version!

just watch it bisaya people!you'll surely love it!

"kayasa! english akuang review da!hehe!na bisaya version man unta ning salidaha ni! bitaw brad, akung gi-english
arun ma-ingganyo pd ang mga tagalog ug mga english-spokening dollar dude and dudettes to learn the bisayan language
arun magkahi-usa kitang tanan!"

paytir kaayo ni na movie gyud! two-thumbs up!!!!
